Rates are based upon double occupancy; the charge for a third person is $20 per night. Rates are per night and room and include breakfast, on-street parking and wi-fi: $120 (Mon-Thu) / $140 (Fri–Sun). Weekly rate is $860.

Effective July 1, 2016, the State of Louisiana has expanded its 5% sales tax to ALL short-term rental properties, regardless of size or method of booking. This tax applies to rooms rented in small bed & breakfasts, guest houses and inns (which were previously exempt from collecting this tax), as well as in privately owned homes and apartments. The nightly occupancy tax of 50 cents per room continues to be applicable. The City of New Orleans will soon follow suit with its 4% tax, but the date has not yet been set. We are listing the total tax as 9%, but will, of course, charge the rate which is actually applicable at the date of your stay.
