PAYMENT METHODS / DEPOSIT

Payment methods / Deposit: We accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards (Discover, Visa, MasterCard). An initial deposit equal to one night’s rent is required to confirm a reservation.

For reservations of 5 nights or more the deposit is 1/3 of the total amount. The portion in excess of your initial deposit is due one month prior to your arrival. The remainder is due upon arrival.

For Special Events the entire amount for your stay is due one month prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

For cancellations more than one month before arrival date your deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee per room. For cancellations one month or less (but more than 3 days) before your arrival date, a refund will be made for the nights we are able to re-book your room(s). For cancellations 3 days or less before your arrival date, no-shows and early departures, your credit card will be charged for the entire stay, less the nights we are able to re-book your room(s).

CHECK AVAILABILITY

Last Minute Discount For bookings made within 2 days of your arrival date, a discount of 10% will be applied (on a maximum of 3 days) on the quoted rate during confirmation. Mention Last Minute in the Comments section of your reservation request.  

HOLIDAY DISCOUNT

For stays from Dec. 5 – Dec. 20 a holiday discount of 20% is in effect and reflected in the quoted prices!
